  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related fields (Sous Chef Level)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Develop new and revised recipes.
  • Determine and measure cooking ingredients.
  • Ensure that the raw materials for the R&D process, Kindergarten, PS Training, Photoshoot, etc are complete.
  • Prepare food test (Sample, R&D, Big Batch R&D, TK, Sensory, etc)
  • Prepare and assist the product photoshoot process
  • Provide a review of the recipe and method of serving recorded by the Cook Helper to be submitted to the Recipe Specialist
  • Approve and provide data for the manufacture of SOPs which are then submitted to the R&D Admin.
  • Transfer knowledge to CK and PS
  • Conducting sensory QC for CK products (R&D Big Batch, TK, Production, etc.)
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.
