  • Bachelor Degree 

  • Experience in project management for digital agencies, e-commerce or other digital/tech based companies is highly desirable

  • Proactive and inquisitive nature essential

  • Strong organizational skills and time management

  • Active communication, target oriented, proficient in negotiation & presentation skill

  • Have knowledge of sales & marketing strategy

  • Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Manage the execution of projects for a smooth and efficient process across all Orami divisions involved in the project (internal)

  • Develop system and SOPs for execution of different type projects

  • Have overview of load of projects to ensure adequate support and resourcing for project executions

  • Continuously improve system and process to achieve optimum efficiency

  • Identify problems or risks and coordinate to find solutions

  • Create and manage timeline of projects to ensure timely delivery as per agreed timeline

  • Lead internal coordination across divisions (meetings, deadlines, etc)

  • Collect proof of broadcast for reporting

  • Update execution and budget tracker

  • Oversee budgeting as set together with AEs
