  • Have at least 2 years of experience in related fields for this position.

  • Have an ideal working background from an e-commerce company.

  • Possess adequate knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM value, Data Monitoring, Retention Plan CRM, Data Reading, and Metrics Digital Marketing Measurement (CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue, GMV).

  • Experienced in executing Consumer Retention Program.

  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Master the fundamental process of CRM.

  • Create, execute, monitor & report the CRM process.

  • Focus on strategy and acquisition of new monthly/active users.

  • Run and monitor CRM campaigns to address opportunities and issues as identified in the monthly reports.

  • Develop monthly CRM initiatives.

  • Develop special campaigns based on specific business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with CRM partners and vendors.

  • Coordinate CRM program internally with other departments and externally with partners/vendors.
