  • Experience in managerial position at least 3 years
  • At least 5 years of experience in Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in working with Marketing, Media, Advertising, Creative agencies
  • Proven track record of creating content and managing marketing communicaiton in an organization
  • Good public speaking
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media landscape and current trends in digital/social media
  • Experience with managing complex projects

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Strategizing and implementing tactical promotional campaigns across business streams by leveraging all communication channels to drive awareness.
  • Developing and executing new product launch communication campaign.
  • Developing integrated annual marketing communcation campaign and budget with a single unifying umbrella message for all business streams
  • Develop promotional material concept, and coordinate the content and design production of those promotional materials with copywriters and designers.
  • Supervising the production of all promotional materials and to ensure that they are not only error-free but also aligned with our brand guideline and request's brief.
  • Managing team workload and task distribution for both planners and copywriters to ensure that all are well-executed as per agreed deadline.
