We provide alternative financial access to grow Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Startup by linking them with any type of investors and users of their own products.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering such as Computer Science , System Information, or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
Possess board knowledge and deep passion about technology and improving efficiency.
Solid abstract reasoning ability.
Solid communication skill.
Willing to learn broad subjects.
Strong leadership skills

Have 4-5 years of working experience in Product Management, or other financial related fields.
Understanding of product development/management particularly in tech.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Lead research and analysis on user’s needs,technology,and resources to identify potential solutions and new ideas to drive the company’s performance. Generate ideas/initiatives based on qualitative & quantitative research to achieve the given OKR. Translate those abstract ideas to clear and detailed development strategy (prototyping,gathering requirements) Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features throughout the software development life cycle (build,test and release on time) Manage technical projects or programs,develop as well as track milestones,and schedule for the many moving parts that need to come together. Ensure adoption of product among the customer base.
