Maintain profitability of official store to achieve business sustainability.

Manage customer relationships and reduce churn rate.

Manage business review processes with principal clients as well as marketplaces and establish strategic collaboration with all stakeholders.

Initiate new sources of growth to build sustainable strategies for official stores in the long run.

Liaise with principal clients and channels to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of certain product categories.

Resolve key issues and complaints for related brands/official stores/marketplaces.

Manage the Key Account Team assigned to each client.

Ensure client’s needs and deliverables are achieved according to proposed timelines.

Become the main point of contact for collaboration with external stakeholders.

Make sure the “Key Account Learning Process” runs well and reduce the “competency gap” across Key Account Team members.
