Portfolio demonstrates years of relevant digital design experience (Can Submit Portfolio)
Intermediate knowledge in web design such as HTML, CSS, concept of pixel, web design grids, images formats, image size, create and maintenance of Brand VI
Solid visual design foundation (typography, layout, etc.) and well-versed in design
Familiar with TikTok ads and social media ads across platforms Strong project management experience is a must and be deadline driven
Video editing experience is preferred
Strong communication skills : ability to listen, present and explain design options and decisions to teams
English (working language ) and Bahasa as design/ copywriting languages
Strong background in design problem solving, creative execution, and production is a must
Strong experience working with interactive content and efficient at creating production-ready artwork and assets
Ability to think, respond and design quickly with a keen eye for details on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in branding agencies and digital creative agencies is a plus.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Scope design initiatives and Video ads creative for TikTok on reservation buy including but not limited HTC challenge , Brand effect ,Brand take over, Top view etc Creative Visual support for KOL campaign, not limited to content Layout , stickers , filter based on branding guideline and SOCMED new features Produce production-ready design assets for print design such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital design tasks such as web banners, icons, graphics, imageries specific for digital media Apply brand identity, typography, photography, color, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet design project requirements Deliver quality visual design assets to cross-functional teams within the organization such as: Growth on social media, partnerships, and ads etc Collaborate , brainstorm and creative design on specified strategic design directions in corporation with Project manager Expert in leading and managing design related projects and submissions based on timeline and deadline Back up SOCMED Beauty PIC not only limited to Live streaming and short video editing
