Able to perform analysis, identify key issues and relationships and conduct investigations reasons for variances, exceptions or discrepancies.
Responsible to improve speed and quality of services, through continue improvement initiative, leadership, best practise, research, support and/or training for a focus area (technology, a business concept, process flow, a skill or a broad area of study to pursue excellence service provided to customer) in all operations area.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
English Fluent (written & Spoken), Mandarin is a plus
Computer Literate, Excel level advance, Strong Analysis skill
