Summary

Provide level 2 IT Support for MAA International IT team on SAP logistic

support issues and any other business or backend related applications (E-commerce

and third party WMS/Warehouse Management System data integration)

Responsible to analyse user request related on new application development progress and socialization

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Analyse user request regarding new application development; considering the benefit and impact of the development.

•Conduct socialization of new application to user and related parties

•Provide weekly progress of project for user and corporate

•Cooperate with corporate related obstacle on application

•Maintain progress of workflow development on web based

•Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in IT

•Minimum 5 years experience in related field.

•Good communication in English (spoken & writing)

•Understand SAP ECC Logistic and basic application support (Xls Macro, SQL queries)

•IT IL or any other IT certification will be an advantage

•Good teamwork and servicing mind set
