•Manage the full cycle recruitment for
both Office and Operation level
•Responsible for On-Boarding and Off
Boarding Process
•Involved in every project that lead by
talent acquisition and be a change agent and ambassador for a better HR
Branding.
•Responsible for maintain recruitment
records according to the approved system and transfer successful candidates’
document to Personnel Administration Department for PA and payroll processes.
•Create regular update in database and
tracking systems to keep up-to-date records of
both vacancies and applicants and use this data to organize workload
•Responsible on the Talent Development
process, this include providing possible training enrolled for each employee
related to the T&A
•Become a great partner and point of
contact of any TA matters
•Create and maintain weekly recruitment
report to the manager.
•Manage the plan and execution for
employee and employer branding
•In-charge in Internal communication and
people initiatives for company & restaurants
