•Maintain smooth running of the Human
Resources Information System
•Act as a trusted advisor on all strategic
people and organizational related topics
•Manage and control administrative
activities, personnel and industrial relation matters, and Human Resource
Information System to ensure optimal support for Company daily operations.
•Supervise
the implementation of
personnel administration program
and ensure compliance
with procedures.
•Maintain
employee records manually
or in a
human resources information system
(HRIS) so that
information is accurate
and secure.
•Preparing documents related to the
formulation of HR process procedures and provide socializing HR Procedures to
each Division
•Able to solved any issues related to the
HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for
resolution of issues.
