Jenjang	:	Sarjana/S1
Program Studi	:	Teknik industri / industrial engineering

Minimum bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering (preferred) or any engineering related major.
Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years working experience in supply chain management field.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis is a must. Ability to use SQL, Visual Basic, and Power BI is a BIG PLUS.
Able to speak Mandarin is a Must

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Analyze customer demand within normal or promotion period inside every FBJ selling coverage areas as a part of pull supply chain management strategy. Communicate and provide recommendations to merchandising/business development team regarding product transfer to FBJ as part of push supply chain management strategy. Forecast demand on a daily basis adjusting to current order trend, merchandising promotion information, and order fluctuation. Plan and make products recommendation to be transferred to each FBJ within daily or weekly basis in order to improve FBJ order fulfillment rate. Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and analyzing of FBJ order fulfillment rate trend, down to per SKU and quantity analysis, and basket variation analysis to make fast improvement action.
