- Review and update organization structure.
- Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
- Manage training and development activities.
- Conduct all recruitments jobs starting from posting vacancy, sourcing, screening candidates, and arrange interview schedule.
- Capable of establish and foster relationship with users.
- Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs.
- Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress.
- Take part in all HR-administration issues.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
- Min 1 year experience.
- Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required.
- Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork, and good communication skill.
