SPH is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join us in creation of multi designs on all sort of media that are made just for parents.
.Requirements
1. Professionally fluent in writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia (other languages are a plus).
2. Is always curious for creative design content and a big thinker that can make great designs come to life.
3. Constantly thinks of ways to make our designs exciting and captivating.
4. Always place himself/herself in the shoes of a customer to understand what they are looking for and transferring that into relevant content that piques interest.
5. Able to work independently as well as collaborate well with other members of the team.
6. One who sees relationships with colleagues, parents and students as key to building a healthy thriving community.
7. Able to be in charge of all creative and technical aspects with regards to still designs, video production, including motion graphic and video editing
8. Owns high curiosity for creative content and is a big thinker that can make great plans come to life.
9. Able to constantly track the effectiveness of everything they do.
10.A strong understanding in design fundamentals and know how to optimize each design tool
11.Organized and efficient in terms of seeking resources, planning and actively looking to make things happen
12.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
13.Mobile and not afraid to move to different campuses to gain new experiences
14.Highly curious, driven, proactive, disciplined, passionate – because you will be working with colleagues with these qualities

Create valuable content to educate and appeal to our customers. 3. Design and produce graphic communications, visual creative assets and video content. 4. Work collaboratively with marketing and designer in the team to brainstorm, ideate, and produce engaging design content across various medias. 5. Be in charge of the development and conceptualization of all graphic visuals, design and concept to convey the appropriate message to the targeted audiences. 6. Analyze the work you do and suggest improvements. |
