Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Conduct project management activities such as communicating with principle investigators, resource managers, project engineers, technical tradesmen, etc. to track project cost and schedule milestones, maintain quality assurance processes, and keep the focus on delivering project commitments Facilitate and lead the creation of task/project budgets, work breakdowns, rough order estimates, task prioritization, and integration plans with Principal Investigators and program managers Coordinate, resolve, or assist in resolution of conflicts and other issues within and between project and program teams and recommend/provide solutions Provide schedule deadlines and budget constraints for design, assembly, and procedural inputs for new and/or standard facility and test equipment in collaboration with work unit engineering faculty and staff and Operations staff Evaluate schedule and cost constraints and operational and performance specifications for the selection of project materials and components Provide recommendations to initiate and technical oversight for subcontracting and procurement planning and execution Plan, schedule, perform and/or review inspections and tests of parts and equipment as required for project operations and completion Recommend, plan, and schedule operational training to prepare for and execute project tasks Facilitate, and participate in the planning process and provide input for decisions effecting facility operations, maintenance and repair, and technical task/project execution
