General Requirements: 
● Bachelor or Master degree or similar top tier program. 
● Fresh grads are welcome 
● Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities. 
● Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. MoEngage, MailChimp, CleverTap, etc) 


Skill Requirements: 
● CRM tools (e.g. MoEngage, MailChimp, CleverTap, etc) 
● SQL 
● Be a voracious learner

Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Position Job Scope including, but not limited to: 
● Collaborating and assisting the digital marketing team and taking ownership on development of the segmentation based customer communication initiatives in Sayurbox. (CRM Only) 
● Seeking further opportunities to further automate our retention channels (e.g., email, push notif, SMS, and in-app banner) 
● Collaborate with marketing teams and across teams, including product, engineering category, and data. 
● Working closely with the digital marketing team. 
● Analyze data set and weekly documentation all retention activities on our CRM tool. 
● Create, maintain, monitor and optimize marketing campaign lifecycle in app and onsite. Using lean approach to tackle problems and identify new opportunities for top lines growth. 
● Together with the digital team to build a growth dashboard or similar to communicate marketing performance and identify improvement. 
● Regularly update the digital team on engagement marketing (CRM only)
● Doing A/B testing activities using other campaign channels. (e.g., email, push notif, SMS, in-app banner, and on site banner) 
● Design and conduct hundreds of experiments with the digital team and engagement analyst to increase certain objectives. 

● Collaborate and work closely with the digital team and other marketing team.

● Measure all campaigns performance (CRM only) 

● Mobile app and Website retention 360 ownership. 

● Planning and executing activation and retention promotion digital campaigns.
