·     Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

·     Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.

·     Highly motivated and high attention to details.

·     High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

·     Proficiency in MS Office.

·     Great integrity and professionalism.

·     Ability to manage and keep confidential information.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

·    Responsible for all clerical and administrative work in support of the office.

·    Draft letters, reports, presentation slides, and other documents.

·    Establish and maintain office records/databases.

·   Create meeting minutes, independently notes and follows up on commitments made at meetings.

·  Receive, screen, and forward all incoming calls and emails to designated person/division.

·    Perform basic bookkeeping and financial related tasks.

·    Manage employee's attendance and reports, including hiring process.

·    Prepare and maintain appointment calendar including arrange meetings, travel, events for the management.

·    All of the other tasks assigned by management.
