Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including jobdesc creation, sourcing, and conducting interviews.

  • Handle employee performance development, including coaching, evaluation, and performance appraisal systems.

  • Identify training needs and support training & development initiatives.

  • Manage administrative HR tasks such as timesheets, unpaid leave, and employee data.

  • Maintain employee engagement, internal communication, and cross-department coordination.
