Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent Administrative skills, Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel if required

Job Dec :
• Handle all administrative matters of management
• Organize and maintain the Director's filing system
• Provide support with project management, including tracking deadlines and following up on action items
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth running of the office
• Assist in research on various market trends, industry developments and other matter
• Assist in various ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director
