We’re looking for a Brand Manager who’s ready to lead HOTTO’s brand journey with vision, data, and creativity. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s identity, driving growth through impactful campaigns, and ensuring that HOTTO stays relevant, loved, and purpose-driven in a competitive market
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies to strengthen HOTTO’s market positioning.
Define brand identity, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USPs) aligned with business objectives
Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints and communication channels
2. Market Research & Consumer Insight
Conduct market and competitor research to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities
Analyze data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies and campaign refinements
Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and offline channels
Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams to produce engaging campaigns and brand materials
Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven reports and recommendations
4. Product Development & Innovation
Work closely with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure new product developments align with brand identity
Identify opportunities for brand extension or product innovation based on market needs
5. Budget & Brand Performance Management
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and cost-effectiveness
Monitor brand health metrics, including awareness, engagement, equity, and contribution to sales
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance, customer care) and external partners (agencies, influencers, media)
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key collaborators, communities, and media partners

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategic communication (preferably in the FMCG industry or health/nutrition sector is a strong plus)
Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and storytelling
Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and product development processes
Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and a creative mindset
Excellent leadership, time management, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media, and content strategy
Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking performance metrics
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, strong storytelling skills and a creative mindset
