Key Responsilibilities :
- Provide and coordinate the needs of VVIP patients.
- Accompany VVIP Patients.
- Arrange the schedule for VVIP patients who will receive health services in Hospital.
- Follow up on VVIP patients who are scheduled for control.
- Management of VVIP patient payments.
- Provide easy/fast track access for VVIP patients.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a personal care assistant, personal assistant secretary, or similar role. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Provide heartfelt service, deliver service with empathy and serve with compassion.
