  6. Willing to undergo an internship for a minimum of 3 months (or as required by the company)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  1. Assist in the implementation of psychological tests for candidates
  2. Correct psychological test results manually or using system/computer tools (if required)
  3. Compile psychological test results and submit correction reports to the HR team
  4. Help maintain the confidentiality of test data and candidate-related documents
  5. Screen and conduct initial selection of candidate CVs according to specified qualifications
  6. Schedule interviews and psychological tests, and inform candidates accordingly
  7. Archive candidate data and manage the recruitment database
  8. Assist in updating recruitment and psychological test activity reports on a regular basis
