Assist in the implementation of psychological tests for candidates
-
Correct psychological test results manually or using system/computer tools (if required)

Compile psychological test results and submit correction reports to the HR team
-
Help maintain the confidentiality of test data and candidate-related documents
-
Screen and conduct initial selection of candidate CVs according to specified qualifications
-
Schedule interviews and psychological tests, and inform candidates accordingly

Archive candidate data and manage the recruitment database
-
Assist in updating recruitment and psychological test activity reports on a regular basis
