Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Enthusiastic to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site at Menara Matahari, Lippo Karawaci.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	What You Will Learn: Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop engaging copy and visuals for web app banners, promotional campaigns, push notifications, and emails to drive user engagement. Digital Platform Management: Upload and manage content across web and mobile platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Event & Promotion Support: Prepare event orders, coordinate promotional merchandise, and assist in campaign execution. Loyalty Program Operations: Distribute voucher codes to cinemas and track redemption to support loyalty growth initiatives. Administrative & Analytical Skills: Take and organize Minutes of Meetings, recap campaign results, and calculate incentives to evaluate performance. Collaboration & Project Exposure: Work alongside the marketing and digital teams, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, and loyalty programs.
