  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experienced in handling attendance management and basic payroll administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and good administrative/documentation skills.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, time attendance software, and Microsoft Office and understanding of Indonesia's labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments, manage multiple tasks with clear priorities.
  • Willing to full WFO at PIK, Jakarta Utara

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping.
  • Prepare and consolidate basic payroll data, and coordinate with an external consultant.
  • Handle various HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, extensions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Managing performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company regulations and labor laws.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., attendance, headcount, employee movement, turnover).
  • Initiate Organizational Development Activities
  • Experienced in reporting to higher-level management.
