Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Capital Markets industry. This role is designed for professionals who have experience in sales marketing and client management, with a keen understanding of financial products and investment strategies.

  • Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) all majors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels.
  • A team player with good initiatives & assertiveness.

  • Min 3 years experience in capital market industry and banking, specifically in managing clients (priority clients or institutional experience preferred).
  • Having knowledge about mutual funds product and banking products.
  • Possess diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events so as to give the appropriate recommendation and guidance to clients.
  • Preferably has strong high net worth client based

  • Preferably holds WAPERD or WPPE certification (or equivalent)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients to grow the portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to sell mutual funds products, banking products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance and attract new clients.
  • Monitor the performance of client accounts and compliance with OJK policies.
  • Follow market trends, gather market data, and monitor industry developments;
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client account status and performance
