MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Review each guarantee request in accordance with medical conditions and policy provisions.
Approve guarantee requests within the applicable authority limits.
Draft questions and re-examine the results of the Medical Confirmation Letter to be sent to Partner Hospitals regarding the guarantee.
Provide regular briefings to the staff/team under supervision.
Prepare guarantee-related reports regarding achievements, evaluations, and development needs of the Case Monitoring department.
Ensure that work processes are carried out in accordance with SOPs and work instructions so that each task is completed effectively.

AUTHORITY

Authorized to approve guarantees in the capacity of Senior Officer (Doctor).
Authorized to determine the work schedule of each personnel.
Authorized to issue work instructions to be carried out in emergency situations.
