  1. Relationship Officer

  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Promote and offer suitable financial products or services based on customer needs

  • Assist customers in account opening, transactions, and inquiries

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Support Relationship Manager in managing client portfolios

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets


    2. Customer Service
  • Assist customers with account transactions and inquiries.
  • Promote and explain bank products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure all services follow bank procedures and compliance.
  • Support digital banking usage and account openings.
