  • Proven work experience min. 1-2 years in Beauty Industry with the similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving with attention to detail.
  • Have dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
  • An energetic and knowledgable person help in expanding the company to grow in beauty sector.
  • Willing to travel for business trip and working under minimum supervision.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain by promoting the company’s brand and products through B2B channels nationwide.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Consistently providing up-to-date information about the brands to B2B partners and give appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Arranging meetings with prospective partner with a goal to expand and acquire new market opportunities.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoice, etc. and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Building reports, creating dashboard, and conducting data analysis to support various business functions.
