Minimum 3 years of working experience as Lease Staff in office building, shopping center/retail industry.
Have an effective communication skill, selling, negotiation, analyst, and high motivation.
Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
Computer Literacy (Ms. Office)
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

Survey and analyze the competitor price list, to get data with market values and product conditions. Coordinate with internal team and external parties to achieve a higher performance and target. Analyze common area rental income reports and promotional media. Common area marketing and promotional media.
