Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building / High Rise Project and/or city development roads & infrastructure.
Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).
Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing, and Structure Material.
Having the knowledge to make RAB.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs.
Creative and have a good design sense.
Willing to be located in south Jakarta.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building). Create RAB dan BQ from related designs. Create detailed drawings of related designs. Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction. Check the work of the contractor to ensure it fits the implementation procedures. Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (structure, foundation, concrete) and finishing on construction projects. Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests. Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations. Accompanying the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of tenants.
