Pengalaman : 1 Tahun
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, executive support, or project coordination, ideally in the beauty industry.
  • Passion for beauty and deep knowledge of current beauty trends and consumer preferences.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin will be plus).
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Agile, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment. 
  • Willing to full WFO in PIK Area.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Research beauty trends and propose new product ideas.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, labs, and internal teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Manage product timelines, samples, testing, and compliance (e.g., BPOM, Halal).
  • Support packaging development and cost analysis.
  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and prepare documents or presentations.
  • Support the Director in coordinating and tracking key projects.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners on the Director’s behalf.
