3+ years' product or brand development related to beauty or personal care products.
Preferably from FMCG and beauty industry.
Strong in analytical skill and project management.
High interest in beauty.
Willing to full WFO.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Assist brand manager in analyzing the market and consumer trend. Implement brand activities including marketing assets development, promotions, event/activations, etc and work with multiple functions to boost the brand performance. Monitoring brand performance and evaluate campaign performance. Closely involved in managing the project management with relevant functions.
