Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree from any major from
reputable university

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales
leadership or management role, preferably in the furniture or retail
industry

Proven track record of successfully
leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets

Strong customer service orientation and
ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Excellent communication, negotiation, and
problem-solving skills

Proficient in data analysis and reporting
to drive informed decision-making
