Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree from any major from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Jobs and Responsibility :

  • Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members

Supervisor Sales are responsible  oversees and leads a sales team, ensuring they meet targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to overall sales success, including training, coaching, and performance management.
