What is ANT'Z?

Awe-inspiring Next Talent of Zurich (ANT’Z) Program is a development program targeted for fresh graduates to have access towards career development in Zurich Entity. The program offers various comprehensive development activities designed to prepare them to be future leaders in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

Strong Education Background


•        Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 3.00 GPA, In any discipline from a highly reputable University. (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)

•        Students on last semester are welcome to apply with proof of provisional transcripts.

•        Max. 25 years old for bachelor’s degree (S1) and 26 years old for master’s degree (S2).


Remarkable Personality

•        Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and strong sense of business.

•        Optimistic, drive positive impacts, reliable, strong commitment for success, collaborator/team player and forward thinker.


Exceptional Communication

•        Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.


Extensive Organization Experience

•        Actively involved in organization or committee and shows passion in organization.

•        Challenges in global exposure.
