Multimedia Designer (SPH Central Office)

Responsibilities

1. Take designs to the next level with your creative vision and ideas.
2. Create valuable content to educate and engage our customers.
3. Design and produce graphic communications, visual assets, and video content.
4. Work collaboratively with the marketing and internal design teams to brainstorm, ideate, and produce compelling design work across multiple platforms.
5. Be accountable for the development and conceptualization of graphic visuals, video editing, and motion concepts to convey the desired message.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role(s).
• A strong understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to optimize each design tool.
• Organized and efficient in seeking resources, planning, and actively taking steps to make things happen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to move between campuses to gain new experiences.
• A strong faith in Christ is demonstrated through work ethics, humility, a commitment to personal growth, and a positive attitude.

What would we like to see in you?

1. The ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing, innovative designs that effectively communicate a message.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PSD, AE, AP, ID) and a strong understanding of design principles.
3. An understanding of the power of branding and how to use it to project the brand's story to the desired audience.
4. The ability to create an excellent customer experience when interacting with the brand.
5. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating well with other team members.
6. Strong and confident communication skills when interacting with the team, colleagues, and stakeholders.
