Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  • Collect customer feedback and loyalty data for further analysis and development recommendations.
  • Able to create visualizations of customer feedback and competitor analysis data and share them with relevant departments to improve performance.

  • Research and analyze customer satisfaction and loyalty, and conduct competitor analysis to identify priorities for improving Erha's customer service.

  • Develop creative strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor and evaluate  customer complaints effectively to maintain positive customer relations.

  • Provide administrative support for all Customer Experience Management needs to achieve operational excellence.
