  • Experience in talent succession and performance management.

  • Profile candidates and conduct interviews for defined position or level.
  • Develop talent by creating reports, coaching, managing projects, and conducting reviews for non-leaders.

  • Coordinate with ANBS, OD, and other stakeholders on talent management.

  • Monitor and evaluate talent management for excellence and improvement.

  • Ensure OKR/KPI readiness and data accuracy.

  • Promote performance management awareness.

  • Practice self-leadership, foster teamwork, and implement corporate values.
