  • Conduct a comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) tailored to specific job roles to identify training program requirements and ensure employees meet performance expectations.
  • Develop training modules based on identified needs and program objectives to facilitate systematic and targeted learning.

  • Facilitate training sessions using adult learning techniques to ensure effective delivery and understanding of materials, aligning with program goals.

  • Administer periodic assessments for clinic administrators undergoing promotion, providing detailed reports to relevant leaders and offering insights for improvement.

  • Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in clinic operations and company standards, ensuring relevance and alignment with organizational expectations.

  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and meet operational targets.

  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through comprehensive assessments and generate reports highlighting areas.
