• Strong analytical skills and are an expert in using statistics, machine learning, and data visualization to solve problems.
• Comfortable with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL and know how to use tools like pandas, NumPy, or Tableau to work with data.
• Understand revenue management, pricing strategies, and how markets work.
• Able to explain complex data insights to people who aren’t data experts in a clear and interesting way.
• Able to translate data insights into plans and recommendations that get things done.
• Have a keen eye for detail and care deeply about data integrity.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and can work independently or as part of a team.

As a Business Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to leverage data analytics and statistical modeling techniques to identify and implement revenue generation opportunities across our vacation rental business in Bali. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing large datasets, uncovering insights, and developing data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
