• Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Proficient in creating visualizations through SQL.
• Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex findings into simple, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.

As a Business Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Business Intelligence team to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to revenue optimization strategies for our short term rental with highest return in shortest time. Your responsibilities will include examining and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, which will help inform pricing strategies, improve occupancy rates, and enhance guest satisfaction initiatives.
