  • Team Coordination: Effective in managing and coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and high-quality property upkeep.
  • Performance Monitoring: Experienced in monitoring property performance metrics to inform maintenance schedules and operational decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with property owners and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Data Management: Competent in maintaining accurate records and databases for property management, including performance, maintenance schedules, and guest feedback.

  • Oversee the resolution of property-related disputes, balancing legal, ethical, and business considerations to achieve fair outcomes. 
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely and high-quality property upkeep.
  • Collaborate with the case manager to resolve escalated guest complaints and disputes, ensuring satisfactory resolutions while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive property management records and databases to track performance, maintenance schedules, and guest feedback.
