  • Minimum bachelor's degree or above 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  1. Oversee the talent acquisition process, including drafting job descriptions for upper management approvals, candidate screening, study cases and interview arrangements, and reference letter collection.
  2. Facilitate the pre-onboarding process by completing documentation and compliance, issuing offer letters, preparing talent data fact sheets, setting up accounts, and assigning a mentor to assist the new hire.
  3. Design and supervise the onboarding and probation cycle, including preparing welcome kits with company information and policies, scheduling department and cross-functional sessions, and facilitating team integration activities.
  4. Implement a performance management system by scheduling probation and quarterly reviews, giving written feedback, collecting self-assessments and 360-degree feedback, distributing OKR and KPI goals, tracking training attendance, and organizing monthly one-on-one sessions.
  5. Manage the offboarding cycle by handling exit documentation and benefits termination, coordinating skill and knowledge transfers, recovering company assets, and ensuring smooth project handovers.


HR Compliance

  1. Maintain employee updates and HR records changes by ensuring accuracy and storing them confidentially. 
  2. Prepare employee payroll and benefits in collaboration with our consultants, ensuring accurate and timely processing, effective benefits management, and addressing related employee inquiries.
  3. Oversee absentee and training reconciliation and handle employee disciplinary issues by ensuring consistent policy application and conducting thorough investigations into alleged misconduct.


Training Coordinator

  1. Manage the company training information system and address the organization's skill gaps and development needs monthly.
  2. Create customized talent development and performance analysis projects, including planning schedules, designing modules, managing budgets, and executing in-person and virtual sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal and external teams to create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars, and structure collected training resources for reuse and self-paced learning.
