  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting & planning.
  • Expertise in lead qualification processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and segmentation.
  • Ability to design and implement referral campaigns.
  • Experience in offline sales channel development.
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ability to track and report sales metrics & KPIs.
  • Experience in accounts receivable (AR) management.
  • Expertise in buyer segmentation and targeting.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  1. Sales Forecasting  & Planning: Develop sales targets by month, quarter, and year for each region and product type, along with action plans to achieve those targets.
  2. Lead Qualification Cycle: Create a comprehensive lead qualification process for the company that can be consistently applied by the entire team to vet the quality of enquiries and in parallel, and continously create a systematically resources of vetting authorization. 
  3. Sales CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and activities MOM in the CRM system.
  4. Referral Campaign Series: Present a distinctive referral incentive program to management, targeting clients who have experienced our luxury travel services.
  5. Offline Sales Channels Development:  Create new and increase existence sales distributors or channels buying power.
  6. Focused Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly collaboration meetings between product, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals, driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  7. Sales Operations: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales process metrics and KPIs, utilizing company digital tools to regularly report key trends and areas for improvement to senior management.
  8. AR Management: Manage the current salesor lead pipeline into AR by weekly and monthly to upper management.
  9. Buyers Segmentation:  Create CRM segmentation by categorizing customers into demographics, including age, gender, travel style, buying power, and key preferences, to enable targeted marketing and personalized communication.
  10. Lead Distribution: Distribute new leads to the customer service & travel  team, with a focus on ensuring attention to regions with low lead volumes and vetting or pausing leads from high-volume regions as necessary.
  11. Monthly Department Report: Prepare and submit reports to senior management using key metrics data, including monthly sales growth from new clients, database growth from offline sources, new sales channels closed, sales by region and product type, and sales generated from external channels or specific sources.
  12. Business Plan:  Develop comprehensive quarterly and bi-annual sales strategies aligned with sales targets, setting clear goals and actionable plans to enhance our market positioning and drive growth.
  13. Human Capital Sales: Organize monthly training sessions, participate in hiring interviews, and conduct quarterly performance reviews with key team members, providing feedback and setting goal.
