  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Office Administration,
  • Business Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices, as well as business administration
  • Experience in Health and Safety or related administrative field is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders, including internal teams, employees, and external authorities
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze Health and Safety-related data
  • Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Good organizational skills to manage documents, schedules, and administrative tasks
