Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar relevant field
Good communication in writing and verbal in English

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction targets while maintaining product quality and supplier performance. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and terms. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance. Analyze procurement data to identify areas for optimization and cost savings. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manage supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
