Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Actuarial & Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or similar relevant field

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Assist in providing data for a consistent compensation and benefit guideline that matches our work and organizational culture Assist in conducting salary and labour market research to define benchmarks Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations Implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and market competitiveness Assist market research and analysis on compensation and benefits to drive business goals Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters Assist in managing yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure the budget plan is within guidelines Implement and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and assist the appraisal process across business units Assist in handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications)
