  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Actuarial & Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or similar relevant field

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Assist in providing data for a consistent compensation and benefit guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Assist in conducting salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and market competitiveness
  • Assist market research and analysis on compensation and benefits to drive business goals
  • Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters
  • Assist in managing yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure the budget plan is within guidelines
  • Implement and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and assist the appraisal process across business units
  • Assist in handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications)
