Qualification Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology or related field, with a minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources Business Partner role
  2. Have experience doing Recruitment for Technology is a must
  3. Confidence to Speak in English. Fluent in English is a plus.
  4. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
  5. Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
  6. Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience
  7. Ability to multitask and be highly organized
  8. Consistently approaches work with a positive and constructive attitude
  9. Working effectively with others
  10. Demonstrate openness and respond positively to feedback

Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Job Description:

  1. Doing end to end recruitment process for Technology & Product area in a timely manner
  2. Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the organization on HR issues
  3. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development
  4. Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D
  5. Collaborate with HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  6. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  7. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions for our engineering group
  8. Partner with Managers to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility and job performance
  9. Educate team members on compensation practices including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration and career transitions
