TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga whose main purpose is to prepare fresh graduate talents with comprehensive general banking knowledge and exposure to be placed in key positions for a short period of time.

Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent

Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:

High energy, enthusiasm and drive

Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal

Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Participants will be given the opportunity to rotate work in several different units including digital and data related units. Participants will be trained to quickly adapt to the work environment and improve their ability to plan, collaborate and process existing resources in the company to achieve individual/group goals or targets. In each rotation, participants will contribute to a real and critical project at the Bank. To support the development of participants at this stage, each TCB will be assigned a Buddy and Mentor. Use this opportunity to build a professional network
