Criteria:

Male/Female, minimum 18 years of age
Have a friendly personality & willing to learn new skill
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
Able to communicate in English and/or other language is a plus point
Knowledge of piercings OR have more than 2 piercings is a plus point

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Role purpose: •Engage, listen and guide customers to service & product that are relevant to them. •You will welcome customers into our spaces, listen to their wants, give the right recommendation according to their needs •Guide customers through the fun & enjoyable process of piercings. •Collaborate with team members in the studio to organize customer flow •Help to provide new product try on, take care of posm display in the studio

Working hours:

8 jam kerja per hari (minimum 3 hari kerja per minggu*)

*1 hari di weekday + 2 hari weekend jumat & sabtu ATAU sabtu & minggu

Location: ON SITE (Tindik studios at Grand Indonesia Mall or Plaza Senayan) during weekends + at Tindik office on 1 weekday
