Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience selling technology solutions and services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, but fresh graduates with interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Experience selling Oracle products and services is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with customers and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions to complex business challenges.

Strong understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and competitor landscapes.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
