  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technology solutions and services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, but fresh graduates with interest in sales are welcome to apply.
  • Experience selling Oracle products and services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Can join as soon as possible.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Promote and sell Logiframe Oracle products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads using MEDDICC methodology.
  • Perform upselling to existing clients for additional sales.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and clients relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
